Stress Stress Stress. Just thinking of the word "Stress" can even give you stress. These 5 techniques are very effective.

I think the most important technique among the five is Technique Number 1, "Manage Your Time". Why? How would you do techniques 2-5 if you can't manage your time to do those? Time management is the key to any goal. If you can manage your time well it means you can also manage your life and even your success well.

Other than the four techniques, I have one more technique to add on the list. Technique number 6, "Don't think of STRESS, not even the word STRESS".
Why? How can you avoid stress if you also think of it. Don't stress your self out on thinking that you are stressed. It's really very basic. Like what others say the key to happiness is simply thinking of happy thoughts. It's all in the mind folks.
